A hydraulic lathe is a lathe that uses a hydraulic energy source to feed the tool. The hydraulic lathe is equipped with 2~3 independent tool holders, each of which can accommodate 1~2 tools. Our 2-axis hydraulic lathe is a special lathe used for cutting heating plates of rice cookers, ceiling fan rotors, upper and lower covers of aluminum ceiling fans and other related products. It can feed multiple knives at the same time to save processing time.
Features and benefits
The frame and the fuel tank are designed in one piece and are made of bent and welded steel plates. After high-temperature annealing and vibration, stress is eliminated to ensure that the frame is stable and not deformed.
The fuselage is integrally cast from HT250 castings, and has been exposed to the sun and rain for natural aging and high-temperature annealing to eliminate stress. Then it goes through the gantry machining center and is processed in one go to ensure the concentricity, parallelism and verticality of the fuselage.
It adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC control and is easy to operate.
Using Taiwan's silver guide rail, it has high precision and long service life.
The tool adjustment method is a dial plus an adjustment screw, which can quickly complete tool setting production.
The speed is up to 2300r/min, and the speed can be adjusted through the frequency converter.
The brake uses a brake resistor to automatically brake and implement rapid braking.
The lubrication system uses an electric lubrication pump to automatically lubricate at regular intervals to ensure the service life of the guide rails.
Each unit has an independent hydraulic oil gauge, and the required pressure can be adjusted individually according to needs. The adjusted pressure is clearly visible.
Adopt CNC special sleeve spindle and hydraulic chuck, the clamping force is stable.
