Features and benefits

  1. The frame and the fuel tank are designed as one body, made of steel plates bent and welded, and are subjected to high temperature annealing and vibration to eliminate stress, ensuring that the frame is stable and does not deform.

  2. It adopts four-column and three-plate design. The middle plate is fixed. The upper and lower plates move with the oil cylinder at the same time, opening and closing the upper mold and ejecting the product.

  3.  Adopt Japanese Mitsubishi PLC control, easy to operate.

  4. Using Taiwan's Shangyin guide rail, it has high precision and long service life.

  5.  The rotation speed is as high as 1450r/min.

  6. The brake adopts hydraulic brake, which can implement millisecond-level braking.

  7.  The lubrication system uses an electric lubrication pump for automatic timing lubrication to ensure the service life of the bearings.

  8. Each unit has an independent hydraulic oil gauge, and the required pressure can be adjusted individually as needed, and the adjusted pressure is clearly visible.

  9.  The hydraulic oil and mold are cooled by water cooling to ensure that the hydraulic oil and mold do not overheat and achieve efficient production.

  10. By using the clutch to release the transmission energy, the spindle motor can keep rotating without stopping and the mold can stop quickly, preventing the motor from starting and stopping frequently, thus extending the service life of the motor.

  11. The manual safety door is interlocked with the hydraulic cylinder and the spindle motor. When the safety door is not closed, the machine will not work to prevent accidents.

  12. Equipped with a grating protection switch, when an abnormality is detected, the machine will alarm and stop working.
