Four sets of cast aluminum molds work in turn, and the mold speed can be set by yourself, with the maximum speed reaching 1600r/min. The mold cover opens and closes automatically and the product is automatically ejected. Configure a soup manipulator. The soup feeding manipulator can automatically identify the mold number. According to different mold numbers, 4 different aluminum water volumes can be given. It is equipped with a collector slip ring and can provide centralized and separate power supply during 360-degree rotation. The equipment is reasonably designed, has a solid frame, is easy to operate and maintain, is safe and reliable, and can complete the aluminum casting work of a heating plate within 15 seconds. Four sets of molds are continuously circulated, and the work efficiency is 2.5 times higher than that of skilled manual operation.
