Product Description
The Single-station manual casting machine refers to installing one set of aluminum casting molds on one workbench . The mold speed can be set by yourself, with the maximum speed reaching 1600r/min. The mold cover is closed manually and the product is ejected hydraulically. The equipment has reasonable design , solid frame, simple operation and maintenance, safety and reliability, and is suitable for applications where a single output is not too high .

The frame is designed with carbon steel square tube welding. It undergoes high-temperature annealing and vibration to eliminate stress, ensuring that the frame is stable and not deformed.
It adopts manual operation and is simple to operate.
The mold speed is as high as 1600r/min, and the speed can be adjusted through a frequency converter.
The brake uses a brake resistor to automatically brake and implement rapid braking.
The product is ejected using a hydraulic cylinder.
You only need to manually insert the heating tube into the mold. After one-button start, the machine will work automatically and the production efficiency is high.
The mold speed can be set by the frequency converter, and the product qualification rate is high.
